Your Contribution

As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you are part of a cross-functional team of four to seven members and your passion for web technologies contributes to the innovative success of our customers. You play a role in ensuring the quality of your team’s technical work, both code and software designs. You are responsible for designing the software or systems required in your area of ownership and meeting their design objectives. Understanding business context and purpose enables you to make technical decisions aligned with longer-term needs, not just immediate requirements.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
Manage the team's execution, the quality they produce, and the speed and cadence at which they produce.
Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
Review and debug code.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Solid professional experience with Angular.
Experience with writing automated tests (e.g. Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, AVA, tape)
A solid understanding of core web and browser concepts.
A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.

Nice To Have

Amazon Web Services (AWS) - especially Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and ECS.
Continuous Integration and Delivery with Pipelines.
Product company experience.
Enterprise software company experience.
Developer platform/tool industry experience.
Experience working with a global or otherwise multicultural team.
