Engage and liaise with prospective clients online as well as offline and own the presales and implementation process.

Build and develop client facing prototypes using the ITONICS software solutions.

Interact and collaborate with all customer facing teams internally.

Act as a central hub between the product development team and the customer facing teams.

Be the go-to person for any technical or product related questions.

Support the revenue teams in RFPs as the product and technical expert.

Client relationship building is a key component of your work.

Bachelor/Masters Degree or equivalent professional training/experience in business information technology, engineering & computer science related fields.

Previous experience as a solution engineer or a technical customer facing role in a SaaS environment is of advantage.

English (C1) and German (C1) language skills to support a global customer base and work in a team spread across multiple countries.

Technical proficiency / knowledge of information technologies. An understanding of web technologies and enterprise software solutions in a SaaS environment is an advantage. Experience of designing, building or configuring web-based applications is a strong plus.

Strong analytical skills to effectively understand complex business and technical requirements in order to formulate practical solutions.

Ability to deliver effective demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions that meet customer requirements and add value.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders ranging from middle to senior management.

Internal and external relationship building skills. This includes developing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers to ensure long term success. The ability to work closely with both customer facing teams and technical engineering teams within the organisation is essential.

Strong sales acumen and the ability to help develop effective sales strategies.

The ability to self-organise and take ownership of projects within the scope of your role.
