Your Contribution
As an Intern Motion Designer, you will play a key role in crafting compelling visual content for ITONICS Academy courses, video podcasts, and social media. You’ll support the full production pipeline, from recording to post-production, helping transform raw footage into polished, professional content that aligns with our brand’s high standards. You’ll work closely with our creative team, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Content Creation & Post-Production

As an Intern Motion Designer, you'll be at the heart of our content creation efforts. You’ll assist in producing ITONICS Academy courses, gaining hands-on experience with cameras, audio, and lighting equipment in our in-house studio. Your role will involve transforming raw footage into polished, professional content that aligns with our high brand standards. From color correction and audio mixing to integrating slides and animations, you'll be part of the full production pipeline.

You'll also play a crucial role in editing and post-production for our flagship podcast series, Innovation Rockstars. This includes end-to-end episode editing, color grading, and audio enhancements, ensuring every episode looks and sounds its best. You’ll have the opportunity to create short-form content optimized for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, helping to expand our digital footprint.

Additionally, you'll create high-fidelity animations based on Figma designs, bringing software features and product highlights to life with After Effects. Your work will span social media clips, website animations, and key promotional videos, providing you with a wide range of creative challenges.

Optimization & Analytics

As part of your role, you’ll also be responsible for optimizing our video content for maximum reach and impact. You’ll analyze YouTube channel performance, fine-tuning video titles, thumbnails, and descriptions to boost engagement and discoverability. Using data insights, you'll help shape our content strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and audience preferences.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Work

You’ll work closely with designers, video editors, and content creators, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality output across all media. You'll also collaborate with product teams to craft impactful visual narratives that align with ITONICS' innovation messaging, bridging the gap between creative design and product strategy.

Innovation & Creative Development

Creativity is at the core of this role. You’ll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table, experimenting with new formats, styles, and visual effects to push the boundaries of digital storytelling. Whether it's a cutting-edge product demo or a high-impact social media campaign, your work will directly influence how ITONICS communicates its brand story to the world.
Your Skills & Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field: A Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field ensures you have the creative instincts and technical knowledge needed to bring our visual content to life. If you understand the principles of design and have a flair for visual storytelling, you’ll thrive in this role.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma: Your expertise in industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma is essential.

Solid understanding of video production, including lighting, audio, and camera work: You should be comfortable working in a studio environment, with a solid understanding of video production basics like lighting, audio, and camera work.

Strong storytelling abilities and design instincts: Every frame tells a story. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the visual tone of our content, from podcast clips to full-scale course videos.

Ability to work methodically under tight deadlines, balancing multiple projects: The pace is fast, and the deadlines are tight. Your ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and keep a cool head under pressure is key to thriving in this dynamic environment.

Familiarity with corporate design requirements and CI-compliant project execution: Understanding corporate design requirements and executing CI-compliant projects is crucial for this role. You’ll work on videos that reflect our brand’s identity and meet the high standards of our global clients, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with video and audio recording setups: You’ll need hands-on experience with video and audio recording setups, including camera work, microphone placement, and live audio mixing. This technical foundation will help you capture high-quality raw footage, ensuring every frame and soundbite is production-ready.

Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and workflows: We’re always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital storytelling.
