Innovation Consultant (m/f/x) in Paris (hybrid)

Your Contribution

As an Innovation Consultant, you’ll partner with clients to design, implement, and scale innovation strategies with our ITONICS platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing needs, shaping solutions, and guiding organizations through change to unlock measurable business value.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Diagnose client challenges and uncover innovation opportunities through interviews, analysis, and workshops
Translate business objectives into actionable innovation roadmaps and platform use cases
Lead high-impact consulting projects, workshops and strategic sessions to drive alignment and execution
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making at the highest level
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, value-driven client experiences
Continuously evolve innovation methodologies and best practices for client success

Your Skills & Qualifications

Proven expertise in innovation, foresight, or growth, ideally from consulting or advisory roles
Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives in French and English
Structured problem-solving skills with an analytical, evidence-based approach
Experience managing complex projects to time, quality, and cost targets
Comfortable discussing both strategic concepts and technical implementation details
Collaborative, culturally fluent, and adaptable to diverse client environments
Senior roles: 5+ years in innovation consulting, management & IT consulting, customer success management, or related client-facing roles
