We are looking for motivated junior engineers with basic PHP experience who want to build a career in software engineering. This role is designed for candidates who already know PHP (5-8 months of hands-on practice or training) and want to grow their skills through a structured learning and training program.

You will receive technical training, work on real projects, and have the opportunity to become a full-time Associate Software Engineer after successful completion of the program.

• Join our training-to-hire program to become a skilled PHP/Drupal Engineer.
• Learn and grow through structured training and real project work.
• Help build Drupal applications and support our Professional Services team after training.
• Show great communication, collaboration, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to long-term growth.
• Be part of building a reliable group of Engineers for an Enterprise application.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Training Period (Virtual – 1 Month) - For the Initial Selected Candidates

• Attend online classes (1 hour per day, Monday–Friday).
• Learn PHP, MySQL, Git, and Drupal basics with guidance from our facilitator.
• Complete exercises and small assignments.

Paid Probation Internship (Onsite – 2 Months) - For Candidates Selected After Virtual Training

• Work with our facilitator and senior engineers to learn PHP/Drupal module and theme development.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Practice configuration management, site building, and coding basics.
• Work on small real projects and get regular feedback through code reviews.
• Follow software development steps and best practices in a real work setting.

After Confirmation, get hired as an Associate Software Engineer

• Be part of a world-class engineering team.
• Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
• Continuous research and learning.
• Work according to the sprint planning.
• Support and maintenance of software.
• Performance-oriented code optimization.
• Synchronizes with the product & sales team to assist with their inquiry.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic PHP knowledge (around 5–8 months of experience preferred).
• Understanding of programming, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Interest in web development and willingness to learn Drupal.
• Basic understanding of MySQL and Git is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a positive learning mindset.
• Able to commit to the full training and probation schedule.
