As a Customer Success Manager, you partner with innovation leaders at ambitious companies to turn our AI-powered platform into measurable business results: faster decisions, smarter portfolios, and innovation that actually ships. You are a strategic advisor who diagnoses what a customer really needs, designs the path to value, and uses AI, both in how you work and in what the platform delivers, to get them there faster than they thought possible.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Drive value, prove it.
    You guide onboarding, adoption, expansion, and you translate platform usage into a clear story of value, backed by metrics that hold up in the boardroom.

  • Turn signals into decisions.
    You combine customer context, usage data, and the platform's AI (trend detection, automated insights, predictive analytics) to spot risk early and find where growth lives. Those insights shape Quarterly Business Reviews, steer strategic calls, and feed real customer needs back into our product roadmap.

  • Build relationships that last.
    You earn trusted-advisor status with everyone from innovation managers to C-level sponsors, in German and English. You move fluidly between strategy and operational detail, and you keep long-term partnerships intact even when the conversation gets hard.

  • Raise the bar.
    You run engagements on proven playbooks, and you help sharpen them, feeding what works back to the whole team.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • A track record in SaaS and/ or innovation

  • The business acumen and confidence to influence decision-makers up to C-level

  • Fluent German and English

  • Structured, evidence-based problem-solving and a steady hand on complex projects (time, quality, cost)

  • Genuine curiosity about AI. You don't need to be an engineer, but you're keen to put AI tools to work for your customers and yourself

  • For senior roles: 5+ years in innovation consulting, management/IT consulting, customer success, or related client-facing work
