Manage local expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and keep budgets on track
Oversee invoice processing, payments, and receivables in full compliance with French regulations
Coordinate with payroll, accounting, and external tax offices to ensure accurate data flow
Foster a positive work environment, handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and champion engagement initiatives
Support recruitment, interviews, and hiring for ITONICS France
Lead onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees
Develop and maintain local HR policies, ensuring legal and internal compliance
Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage our HRIS (Personio)
Provide strategic insights using financial and HR data to anticipate needs and guide decisions
Organize team-building, wellness, and recognition programs to keep morale high
Solid background in finance and HR administration, ideally in a similar dual-role capacity
Deep knowledge of French labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
Proactive communicator who can engage with all levels of the organization
